CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

The Organizing Committee has the pleasure to invite all professionals, including doctors, residents, graduates and students, interested to participate in this Congress submitting your abstracts. All abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the Scientific Committee. All authors will be informed by email about  Final decision and results.

general rules for abstracts submission

Abstract can be written in spanish or english (use one language only)

Abstracts should include the following structured information:

- Introduction and Objectives
- Material and methods
- Results
- Conclusions


Authors will be identified by initials and surname. Full name and email address of the first author is compulsory to be write at the bottom of the text, to correspondence.

Abstract must be sent in a word document using this template and must be submitted through the online system of this website. Use Arial Font and size 12. Line with single space. Maximum 300 words (including tables) or 3300 characters, not exceeding one page.

All abstracts received will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Notification of the results will be made on 18th July 2013.

If your abstract is accepted, presenting author must be register in the Congress in order to present the paper.
 

Types of presentation

There will be 3 types of presentation: Oral, Poster and Video. Authors should indicate the type of presentation preferred. However, the final decision is subject to the Scientific Committee, which will make the final allocation of communications for oral or poster sessions based on reviews and other limitations of the sessions.

Video presentation: After abstract submission all authors will be required to send the video for viewing by the Committee, in order to make a properly review.. 

 

BEST ABSTRACTS SELECTION

Scientific Committee will select the best papers accepted, to take the opportunity to win the awards of training SEOQ.

 

ABSTRACTS REQUIREMENTS

- Not have been presented at other conferences.
- Not be published.

This template will be required at the end of the submission process.


Faxed abstract wil not be accepted.

Descripción de los tipos de Presentación
 
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Papers accepted for oral presentation will have 10 minutes maximum to be presented. 8 minutes for presentationd and 2 for discussion.

Papers must be prepared in electronic format. We recommend using PowerPoint. Dimensions of screens for Projection will have 2,5 x 3 m, so don't use widescreen presentations to avoid projection problems.

All authors will have certificates for the presentation of your papers.

VIDEOS:
First author will be informed about day, time and room. The time available for presentation will be 8 minutes, and 2 minutes for discussion.

Papers accepted for video presentation will be submitted only in electronic format CD / DVD or USB.

All videos presented during the congress will participate in the Congress Award

POSTERS:


Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that posters be prepared on one sheet of cardboard. Alternatively presenters may display their material on several smaller sheets.

The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90cm wide x 120cm high

Each author will have 4 minutes (maximum) for the presentation of each poster, followed by 2 minutes of discussion.

The poster presented by the author/co author, will have a certificate indicating that it was accepted and presented at the Congress.

All posters presented during the congress will participate in the Congress Award.
